To derive this metric, you can generally think of it as follows: Product Sales - Discounts - Returns = Net Sales - Product Landed Costs - Logistics Fees (in case of Amazon e.g. FBA) - Ad Expenses = EBITDA (sometimes also referred to as SDE = Seller Discretionary Earnings)

Online EBITDA / Net Profit (outside of Amazon)

You may run part of your operations on Shopify, eBay, Walmart or other platforms. Please indicate the net profit for those platforms for a 12-month period below (and specify the timeframe). This should not include Amazon FBA/FBM.
